It is very important. A cv resume consists the history ofyour life, job, achievements and skills. It is your marketing tool towardssuccess.  When you write a resume you have to look at it from theemployer’s point of view.  You also have to consider your othercompetitors and the possibility of being hired from a job. If you are part mba degree graduate, this would be a great start for you. Don't hesitate to check some of the sample cv writings.. Goodluck.

There are managers that hire new representatives out of college like you without one shred of sales experience. In fact, managers like candidates like you because you have not been corrupted by another selling model or some other company's way of selling or doing business. Managers want someone who is coachable, driven and wants to succeed. My book breaks down different scenarios of where you may be in the pecking order and tells you what to do in order to get your foot in the door.

Well, Iwill say this, I really steered clear of the whole you need a resume and coverletter song and dance. But I have to add that it is really important. I willnot underestimate the power of a great resume and cover letter. That goeswithout saying for any job. My book gives you the option on what to do here.You can either do it yourself or hire someone to do it for you. A poor resumeand cover letter is like showing up to a formal in sweat pants. Would you dothat?

--                              My answer to this is positively and absolutelyyes. If you have seen otherwise, please send me an e-mail. Most if not all ofthe pharmaceutical companies require a 4 year college degree. Without it, mostif not all companies will not consider you.
