You must choose an accredited, recognized, and respected online institution in order to receive help from the government or private lenders. In fact, some government agencies and private lenders are prohibited from giving grants for unaccredited colleges.
Once you pick a school that you know is qualified for financial aid, search online or elsewhere for government and private grants. There are a number of different sources that provide such services for in-need students.
